Processing Time
All Rette pieces are handmade.
Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be created and processed before it ships.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume. Rette is not responsible for these delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Rette is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For missing or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
