Welcome to Rette. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Handmade Products

All Rette pieces are handmade in small batches.
Please allow up to 7 days for your jewelry to be created and processed before shipping.
(This processing time is separate from shipping transit times.)

Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur. These variations are normal and part of what makes every Rette piece unique.

2. Orders & Payments

We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as each item is made to order.

3. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Rette does not offer refunds.
We do accept returns for store credit—please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

4. Shipping

Processing time for handmade items: up to 7 days.
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Rette is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by the postal service

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Once a package is marked delivered, ownership transfers to the customer.

5. Product Care

Rette jewelry is delicate and should be cared for properly.
To prolong the life of your piece, avoid:

  • Water and moisture

  • Lotions, perfumes, makeup

  • Sweat, oils, and harsh chemicals

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, product descriptions, and branding belong exclusively to Rette.
No content from this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
